Where Do You Deliver To & How Much Does It Cost?

A list of the areas we deliver to and the delivery charge can be viewed below. If you don’t see your area on the list, please contact us at info@thamesfruitandveg.com before placing your order to check that we deliver to your area.

Please note that orders placed before 5.30pm will be delivered the next day available for your area of delivery.

We also provide a Click & Collect Service. If you wish to collect your order, please leave 24 hours before collection to allow us time to pick the freshest produce for you.

When placing your order please select either “click and collect” or “delivery” from the options shown.

What If I'm Out When You Deliver?

When you place your order you can leave delivery instructions for our drivers, they can then leave your box in a safe place such as a shed, porch or neighbour if you happen to be out when we call.

Do You Do Click & Collect?

Yes we do. Click and collect is available. Please select that option when purchasing your shopping. Orders will be ready for collection 24 hours after you place your order.

How Do I Place An Order?

You can create your own bespoke order by selecting the items you require from our shop page, or alternatively why not pick one of our seasonal boxes?

Covid-19 Restrictions

During the Covid-19 restrictions our delivery will be to your doorstep or safe-place.

What if I'm Not Happy With My Order?

Your order is hand-picked and checked by our staff before delivery and so we hope that you’re happy with your order. But, if for any reason you’re unhappy then please contact us by telephone on   07475 751300 or by email at info@thamesfruitandveg.com  so that we can sort it out quickly.

How Do I Pay For My Order?

Payments are taken via PayPal. You do not need to create a PayPal account in order to use PayPal – it is possible to pay by your credit/debit card as a guest.

PayPal is a secure payment method which uses encryption to ensure that your details are kept safe.
